This delightfully soft cotton rich velvet showcasing delphinium, lilies and dahlias is by Liberty of London.  It was inspired by the Ladybird Book of Garden Flowers published in 1960.
The background colour is a gentle mix of mauve/grey , with gorgeous flowers in colours of yellow, pink, orange, purple and cream.
