  • About returns
    You may return any product, with the exception of sale items, within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in its original condition. We will process your exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your parcel. No returns on sale items, no exceptions. Whilst we endeavour to keep all products in stock, there is a possibility the item, size, or colour, you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this event, we will have already started the manufacturing process to replenish our stock and will notify you of delivery times.
  • How do I return an item?
    To ensure the quickest turnaround time of your return, email us and provide details of the date of purchase and order number, along with the reason for return. You will then be asked to return your item via tracked shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Upriver is not shipping to international destinations at present.
  • Warranty Information
    Upriver warrants quality and craftsmanship of our products for a period of one year from the original invoice date. This warranty is limited to normal use and proper care by the purchaser. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE COMMERCIAL USES or normal fading of fabrics. Upriver is not liable if the customer fails to use proper cleaning techniques in caring for and maintaining fabrics. Please refer to the care instructions included with the cushion. Warranty is void if failure of product is caused by acts of nature, accident, neglect, abuse and/or failure to take reasonable care of the product. All measurements and specifications are approximate.
